Terms and Conditions

Drivers from Connections-Southwest will travel by the most convenient and expedient route (within reason) unless specifically instructed to the contrary by their client.

Connections-Southwest accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage / property carried in their vehicles, irrespective of the manner in which the loss / damage is sustained.

Connections-Southwest vehicles will be operated by their own chauffeurs at all times.

Connections-Southwest operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Connections-Southwest adopt a non-smoking policy in each of their vehicles.

Late bookings (within 2 hours of required time) will only be accepted subject to availability.

Connections-Southwest will not be held responsible for any meeting / appointment / flight missed as a result of traffic or road conditions out with the control of Connections-Southwest or their Drivers. However, every possible effort will be made to avoid such a situation.

Connections-Southwest will charge a valeting fee of £100 for misuse / fouling of their vehicle (e.g. vomiting).

All hires are subject to a £40.00 minimum charge (Galaxy) but special rates are available for account holders and extended hires.

Connections-Southwest reserve the right to levy a 50% surcharge on any public holiday, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day when a 100% surcharge will be levied.

Connections-Southwest will make an appropriate additional charge for excessive parking and entrance fees unless a fully inclusive charge has been quoted beforehand.

Connections-Southwest will accept all major credit cards.

Connections-Southwest will levy a surcharge of 8% for bookings made by credit cards.

Connections-Southwest require a deposit of 25% to secure all provisional bookings and this must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled hire.

Connections-Southwest reserves the right to levy a:
* 25% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation more than 6 hours before scheduled hire.
* 50% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation between 3 and 6 hours’ before scheduled hire.
* 100% cancellation charge if notified of cancellation within 3 hours of scheduled hire or if no notification is received.

The outstanding balance of any hire is due to Connections-Southwest immediately upon completion of the hire and is payable either by credit card in advance or in cash to the Driver. Payments by cheque must be available in cleared funds.

Connections-Southwest Corporate Accounts must fill out online form and adhere to the strict 14 day terms.

Flight Delays

If your flight is delayed, your driver will most probably wait. If however the time is not known or more than 24 hours, Connections South West will most likely leap frog the driver and arrange for another car to pick you up or you are welcome to arrange other transport.

Connections South West uses your insurance details to recoup costs so this in most cases is seamless to you and with no outlay for you. *Conditions apply.

Flight Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled, we will do our best to help you. Please note that the Airport is ultimately responsible for all costs, and possibly your travel insurance company. Connections South West will try their best to help you, bear in mind that costs should be thought through carefully and all associated costs. If Connections South West is busy, we may not be able to help. The cost of a Taxi from London could be as high as 10 times the price of Connections South West Transfers.
